that is devoted to YOU. My passion is, and has been for 20 years, helping you achieve the level of happiness, joy, success and love that you want for yourself, your marriage and your family.

I have trained with Drs Gay and Kathlyn Hendricks, bestselling authors and teachers: most recently seen on the movie You Can Heal Your Life and author of a new bestseller The Five Wishes. I have also trained with Dr John Gottman on Marital Therapy: A Research-Based Approach.

I work with people ages 8 and up, couples, families, and individuals with issues of Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Abuse, Life Transitions, Grief & Loss, Marital Discord, Family Disharmony, Behavioral Issues and Substance Abuse. I also do Life Coaching for those of you who are highly motivated and want to shift rapidly a specific area of your life.

For fun I design and teach Personal Empowerment Retreats, seminars and classes for other licensed mental health professionals and the general population. I am a long time practitioner and teacher of Meditation and Conscious Breathing Techniques which I would gladly share with you.
