Hello! I am a licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a National Certified Counselor (NCC), a Licensed School Counselor, and a National Certified School Counselor (NCSC). I received my M.A. in Counseling with an empahasis in Community/Agency Counseling and School Counseling from Lenoir-Rhyne College and a B.S. in Psychology from Emory & Henry College. I have been counseling for 10 years.

My specialty area is working with children and families. The theoretical orientation that I work from is cognitive-behavioral. I integrate other modalities such as Reality and Soulution-focused therapy. I believe that self-awareness, responsibility, and proactivity are significant aspects toward personal development. My aspiration is to assist individuals in their healing through a holistic approach, by integrating the mind, body, heart & soul.

I accept private pay and most insurances.
